Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Times
Standard delivery: 6–10 business days from dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or busy periods. ShinobiGlow is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. ShinobiGlow has no control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Undelivered Orders
