At ShinobiGlow, we take pride in the quality of every LED sign we send out. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Our Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of your order being delivered. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

Eligible Reasons for Return
We only accept returns in the following circumstances:
• The item arrived damaged or broken
• The item is faulty or does not function as described
• You received the wrong item

Non-Eligible Reasons
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
• Change of mind
• Item not matching personal expectations (please review all product images before purchasing)
• Incorrect order placed by the customer

How to Request a Return
Email us at shinobiglowco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo or video of the damage or fault
• A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, or send a replacement — your choice.

Return Shipping
If the item is faulty or damaged due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid label upon approval.
